Sarah Scholl is a former Georgetown University track and field All- American, a Professional athlete, Strength and Conditioning Coach, metabolism and health specialist, and has a Masters degree in Sport Psychology.
Sarah placed 25th in the World in the CrossFit Open in 2016. She qualified individually for Regionals 8 consecutive years, before qualifying for the CrossFit Games in 2017 and 2018.
Sarah grew up in a family of Professional and college athletes. In High School, she was the starting forward for a Soccer team that won the National Championship, and an All-American in Track and Field, winning several State Championships in the Mile. She continued her career at Georgetown University where she set a school record in the Steeple Chase and became a D-1 All-American in Track and Field. She graduated Georgetown, Cum Laude, and with Academic All-American honors with a degree in Psychology. Before attending graduate school, Sarah ran professionally for a few years under Brooks Running, while assistant coaching track at Colgate University. Sarah ran a 4:40 Mile and a 16:01 5k before receiving a scholarship to be part of the USA Olympic development team for triathlon and qualified for Worlds in the Duathlon.
Sarah has Masters Degree in Sport Psychology from Boston University, and is a certified Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach/Biosignature Modulator under the Poliquin Group. In addition, she was the owner and head strength coach of the gym, POWERxTRAINING for 4 years. She is a certified Crossfit Level 1 coach as well as USAW certified. Sarah is certified in metabolic foundations with ‘Next Level Human’ and Dr. Jade Teta.
She started Athletic Advantage 10 years ago, so she could share her passion for the pursuit of athletic excellence and health. Sarah trains and lives the life that she demands from her clients. She gives 100% of herself to her goals and to the goals of her athletes, and by doing so, she is able to challenge and develop powerful athletes to ultimately reach their athletic potential.
