CLICK HERE TO BECOME A TEAM MEMBER and get updated workouts weekly, along with the ability to record your workouts and compete ( if you choose) with other athletes on the leaderboard. You will also have access to me and everyone else on the team through a message board. After every mini cycle of my program, there will be a week of competition workouts. You can choose to record your scores and compete with the other athletes or you can just do them for yourself. The Athletic Body Program is an intelligently designed strength and conditioning program that will build the strongest, leanest, most athletic version of yourself. The program focuses on all variations of the most effective compound movements; Squat, Deadlift, Press and Pull, to enforce a progressive overload training plan that will build strength and lean muscle. I use unilateral accessory work to fix muscular imbalances and plyometrics and core work to make your body bullet proof. The conditioning touches on all energy systems, and is designed to help you achieve optimal fitness as well as the hormonal balance you need to achieve a lean physique.
